The Integrative Ketamine-Enhanced Psychotherapy (IKEP) program was co-developed by Drs. Joseph De Leo and Mitch Earleywine. It integrates psychotherapy with prescribed medication as part of coordinated care.
Psychological assessment, medical consultation, and preparation inform whether the approach is appropriate.
Psychotherapy and prescribed medication are integrated within an individualized plan.
Ongoing psychotherapy supports reflection and connection with everyday life.
Eligibility involves psychological assessment, medical consultation for prescribed medications, and collaboration with your Circle of Care.
Working as part of an integrated health care team, we specialize in the evaluation and provision of psychedelic-assisted psychotherapies, including the ongoing evaluation and provisioning of:
Integrative Ketamine Enhanced Psychotherapy (IKEP) Program - co-developed by Drs. Joseph De Leo & Mitch Earleywine.
Cannabis Assisted Psychotherapy (CAP) Program - for individuals integrating therapeutic cannabis in to their existing care.
Therapeutic Psilocybin & MDMA-Assisted Psychotherapies for authorized individuals managing complex mental health issues, including PTSD, MDD, and other treatment resistant conditions. Emphasis is on best practices in care, harm/risk reduction and effective integration of prescribed medicines in to psychotherapy.
Note: Eligibility to engage in these services, including IKEP, requires an extensive period of evaluation, which includes psychological assessment, medical consultation for prescribed medications as well as active collaboration with your Circle of Care in order to ensure safe and effective integration of medicines in to your existing care.
Further, psilocybin & MDMA related services require Section 56 or SAP applications to be submitted and authorized by the Health Minister and/or Health Canada for access. We are able to discuss these resources with clients who are actively engaged in General Psychotherapy services at C3.
